Based on the art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason and without any penalty, within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending a written communication (registered mail or e-mail) to VILLA EDEN – The Private Retreat, based in Via Winkel 68-70, 39012 Merano (BZ), info@villa-eden.com.

The costs for returning the goods, which must take place within 14 days of receipt of the same, are charged to the customer. The goods must be unused, intact and still in their original packaging.
